Establishing as ground cover this year

Another try of clematis as a gound cover. Last year it didn't work as I imagined at first, scrambling over something else. I must hurry up to plant something under it before it (hopefully) takes over.

18.6.2022 this didn't work, they (clematis and lilies) didn't bloom at the same time, and this clematis is too big for this contraption and couldn't function as ground cover either. I'm glad that I've found this pic.

#ladybird 🥰
I wanted to use them as ground cover but it didn't work, since any wind was toppling the shoots so I added something too small to climb on, that didn't look good. Finally they got infested, overall not good at all for a ground cover. Also the plan was to scramble over orange lilies like idea in gardenia.net but it didn't work and this year they even didn't bloom at the same time 😆 Is it possible to replant them?
I guess it could be Aotearoa? The President? PlantNet offers me this so I'll stick with it. It is too big plant for plans I had before. Next year I'll train them all up this pole so I need to repaint it asap.

I want to use it as a ground cover this year, but it's already shooting, maybe it's already too late to redirect? #signsofspring

Infested (dark spots?) and I cut out parts that were covered with something whiteish.

This is a variety of #clematis and not a morning glory.
Thank you, @usgardentags ! But now I don't know which one is it.

It grew taller than me

It appears to be recovering, leaves are less yellow. I suspect that I miscalculated vitamin and algae fertilizer amount, since all plants that I used it on either turned yellow, or having supernaturally big leaves. Could the accidental fertilizer overdose be the cause of yellowing leaves? #advice please.
Yes, it could

Pruned and tied. I wanted to move it to another position but now it's too late. And besides, it looks happy here.

Izvor: https://www.biovrt.com/ipomea-ukrasni-slak-ladolez/
