To be replanted in container.

This was the right moment to cut and fertilize, that I've missed

Anyone know what happened? I planned to plant it in ground but now I'm hesitant. It is said to cut it in early winter and I never cut it (winter or otherwise)

Would it benefit from feeding perhaps? I don’t know much about hebes, but would be hesitant to cut it back over winter. Maybe when the weather gets warmer?

Hebe armstrongii from #Kaufland last autumn, the label says full sun, it survived the winter forgotten with the plants in large pot.
