Help me identify this plant #plantid I went camping in the Sierra Nevada area and these beautiful trees were there. They have needles and I was thinking they might be some sort of pine. If it is a pine, I'd be really interested in what kind of pine. Thank you! #tree #pine #mystate #california

@carolgs That would make sense. Redwoods are native to the area. I don't think they're giant sequoias, because I was in the wrong area for those to be around. Maybe a costal redwood?
