Tradescantia fluminensis 'Variegata'

#plantid so this is a tricky one that I've been struggling to identify for years that even the people at the nursery didn't know what it was. Closest thing I could find was a #WanderingJew, but I don't think that's what it is unless it's a #hybrid or #cultivar or something like that. It has waxy leaves and leaf patterns like a Wandering Jew, but the leaves are white in the sun, but turn a pale pink when it gets dark. I figured if anyone knew it would be someone on here. #plant #help #houseplant

After a web search, I've realized you must be some kind of miracle worker @savannahssucculentgarden That plant has stumped me since 2016 and I've asked more people than I can remember. My horticulture teacher's couldn't even identify it. Thank you! I think it's the lilac variant.

@atnow it turns pink in the dark so I'm starting to think it's the lilac variant.
