x Cremnosedum 'Little Gem'

This #plant definitely needs a new pot, but I just love it!! No idea what it's called, though. A #plantid would be awesome to anyone who knows what this beauty is? #succulent #apartmentgarden #apartmentgardening

I think it's Cremnosedum 'Little Gem'. I could be wrong! But the shape of the leaves look right, and they do change colors like this. The flowers look right too. I've just never seen one this big and long! Very nice plant. 👍

She used to live in the San Diego area (USDA 10a) and moved here to the Bay Area and gave it to me. It was very mature when she gave it to me. Thank you for your always trusty identifications!! 💖
