I have mostly houseplants and cacti. I'm a beginner doing constant research, trying not to kill anything. USDA zones 8a and 8b.

Day 9: Gifted. This baby spider plant and his pot were both given to me by a dear plant friend. All potted up now! His name is Aragog. #spiderplant #chlorophytumcomosum #babyplant #newpot #houseplant #aragog #aprilplantchallenge #gifted

I'm thinking it's safe to pot this baby up now. ☺️ #spiderplant #chlorophytumcomosum #babyplant #roots #houseplant

This spider baby is doing so well in the prop station I already gave him a name (Aragog). My question is: how long do I need to let the roots get before I transfer to soil? #advice #plantcare #rooting #spiderplant #chlorophytum #spiderplantbaby #roots #plantadvice #propagation #water-rooting

I usually wait a little bit longer with my spider babies. I think a day or two in my opinion. It doesn’t take long with those. They are little resilient growers. They just need a bit to grip on to the soil.

Thanks for the tag @kaporyash. I agree with @madnessbroken you should wait for bit longer roots.
