I have mostly houseplants and cacti. I'm a beginner doing constant research, trying not to kill anything. USDA zones 8a and 8b.

Epipremnum aureum syn. Epipremnum pinnatum 'Aureum', Scindapsus aureus, Pothos aureus, Rhaphidophora aurea

Day 2: Green. It was hard to pick a plant for this category, but noticing her sign helped me choose my big Golden Pothos. She is still thriving, pushing out fresh, green(and yellow) leaves all the time. She's one of my favorites. #plantvember #plantvemberphotochallenge #golden-pothos #pothos #epipremnum-aureum #houseplant #houseplants

I got this beautiful, trailing golden pothos today for $6.99! It was extremely root bound in its plastic store pot. I know they can stay that way for a while, but it looked like time. Any pothos tips? #pothos #epipremnum-aureum #golden-pothos #devils-ivy

@savannahssucculentgarden She is beautiful! I love pothos so much. I am growing a pot with 5 different varieties in it. They can have and level of sun but the more sunlight they get the more color they have golden ones get more yellow bits and marble queens get more white bits and so on with all the varieties. They will turn almost all green if not fully green with less light. They can be grown in water or in soil but cant switch between the 2. For bushier plants cut the stems about 2 inches

From the soil and it will grow new vines and get bushier. Some say dont put them in direct sun light but I have had mine in everything from direct sunlight to low light and they have done amazing. Only thing that changed was the amount of water needed and the color of the leaves.
