it's called syngonium. check to see if the roots are still healthy. if not please cut the rotten parts and add it into water to produce new roots. don't forget to use fungicides and put it under a shadowy surface💕
welcs dear💕 no it's better to put in into the fungicide liquid right after you take the plant outta soil and cut the rotten roots.let it be there for 4-5 minutes. then plant it in a new soil (if it has any healthy roots yet) and water it with fungicide. if it doesn't have roots then put in a bottle/glass of "cooled" boiled water and make sure the end of the plant isn't touching the bottom of the bottle🌿
