Do you know how I cut this back? Thanks
I wouldn't cut it back right now as it already has flowerbuds ready for this year. You can trim dead growth for now. ☺ Btw, it looks like English lavender.

Thanks Kathy. Seems to have grown substantially over the past 4 weeks. Is there a good time to cut this back?
With Acers you generally don’t cut back, they are usually trimmed to keep in shape or bounds, this is done November to January when they are dormant, sorry I didn’t see your question before Shaun
