It looks like it's still small but doesn't look unhealthy to me. I alvays pull off the dead leaves and mine does well. It is probably just still young..Also, they stop blooming late summer so It may be done for the year. Hope this helped.:)
Yes it Did thank you. Question what is a good flowering plant to have during the fall and winter months? Also I have another hibiscus and that one is still producing buds. So is it just the type of hibiscus?
Mums are really pretty in the fall, Snapdragon and pansy are good for cool weather.. Not sure, my hibiscus is still putting out blooms but not at all like before. It may just have some left!

Why does it look like it isn't doing well? I follow watering instructions and the lighting amount. It has quit blooming help.
