I am in Summer Road Faulconbridge off Grose Road. We have third of an acre, mainly clay soil and lots of huge gum trees. Love the birds and the climate. Not as cold as Bathurst in winter or as hot in Summer. My late husband and I used to go gliding at Bathurst. Very pretty coubtryside
