Anyone know how to get rid of the stuff on the leaves? What even is it?
It looks like powdery mildew to me. I’ve had this go through all my hydrangeas before it spreads pretty quickly. There’s a few options to get rid of it. Yates make a rose spray that I used to get rid of mine you can also make your own milk spray if you’re worried about chemicals. The other option is to prune all of the affected leaves off and provided you get them all it shouldn’t come back next season.
@sinsarah thank you, bought it, sprayed them, now I will wait!
You may need to spray it a few times before it completely goes away. Goodluck
