@ Shri If the cutting has already been treated with hormone rooting powder and in a pot already then I would not let it dry out and place in an early morning sun place and keep it out of the hot sun. Garden soil would be well dug up to get good drainage if you are ready to put in the garden when you are sure it has rooted. The fact that it has not wilted is a good sign. Do not let it dry out or overwater. Good luck - lovely rose😀
I got this as a cutting, it's not growing new leaves, but not wilted either. What can I do to establish it in my garden?

Thanks@janmartin, it seemed to have sorted itself, I just removed the spent blooms and put more growing mix.
