Since this is a member of the mint family, plant with caution! The more you cut it back, the more it grows! It does taste great and we use it and almost everything.

This plant shows variegated at different times of the year, @brightcolours and @nej. Most of the time it has two-tone leaves all over. I never realized how this photo captured the plant when it was all green. Strange...
That is odd. Mine is always variegated.
