Help me identify this plant @wesleybrian had to rescue it, its not even in soil! Any idea what it is?

I'm wild guessing it as an african milk tree variation? lovely though

@wesleybrian I found it took a while so love finding thing I haven't seen befor it doesn't happen often this was only £4 in Tesco
