Philodendron 'Rojo Congo' syn. Philodendron 'Congo Rojo', Philodendron 'Red Congo'

Any ideas why this is happening it's odd it's not dry I can't work it out #plantproblems #help

Thank you @angiie it is kinda in the center of my house the sun does hit it but from another room I'm thinking it may need repotted it's in a very large pot the one it came in and it just seems over sized and I rarely have to water so thinking that's the problem 🤔
