This plant is wonderful- I have a small version and left it outside in hot weather but it started to droop 🤞🏻hope it recovers- how often do you repot yours?
slj
@sharonhayden this one is new today but I've had a few over the years repot when the pot starts to misshape or roots pushing out the bottom so usually that would be every other year make sure to use a very free draining soil so good handful of perlite and a good quality rich compost even a hand full or two of orchid compost is good in the mix and don't over water. This is a beauty so chuffed I came across it today

Thanks the pot is misshaped so will do it soon

Wow that’s a fabulous one
@sharonhayden I'm very proud of her even though it's winter she is still putting out new stems shes such a happy plant 🥰
I’m trying with mine on my third plant - think it’s probably not warm enough in my house 🤔
@sharonhayden it's definitely warm in mine this one I basically ignore I treat it like a snake plant water once every month or so and bottom water
Oh I probably need to try the bottom water - sounds a bit rude 😂
@sharonhayden I would recommend it for all plants it's a healthier way to water. It promotes the roots to grow down, helps to prevent gnats and is a much more even way to water. It also stops any soil surface issue like mold.
Yes I agree I’m just not in the habit of doing it - also I always have gnats!!!
@sharonhayden I have one or two but since I started religiously sitting watering I have alot less
