Help me identify this plant got this from IKEA bargain bin wee bit brown on the flower any advice on what tlc to give it??? Says Bromeliaceae Vriesea on the sticker?
No idea but I like it
Me either lol just feel sorry for the ones on their way to the bin but thought I'd try it? Plus I love a bargain and the pot and saucer were only £2.50 though that was more than the plant!
Might be a Bromeliad. I used to have one but it became another of my casualties 😳 similar to the name on your sticker I just noticed 😀
Can't guarantee these will make it but worth a go @susanhumphrey333 I'm even worse with indoor ones that outdoors lol
@susanhumphrey333 mummy has come up with a flaming sword? Apparently after it blooms it produces offshoots which grow on as main plant sometimes die???
Sorry for late reply @Spudicus been on hols. Just realised I put it in the "hospital" where I seem to have lots of poorly plants at the moment and that's exactly what's happened. Will take the side shoots off and pot them up 😀
