Ajuga reptans

I love this ground cover plant, have two types in my garden, burgundy glow and atropurpurea, does tend to suffer with mildew though

Could it be there is not enough air circulation🤔

i think it happens when the soil dries out

Irregular moisture / dryness promotes mildew however Ajuga is a real swine for it.

yes @robbiec i usually end up pulling alot of it out :(

@Squares I spray some of mine for a while, them usually give up.

I have clay soil in a shady area I'd like to plant this in. Do you know if it would thrive? Conflicting advice online! @Squares

@lyndag it's so confusing isn't it?! Don't want to end up spending lots on it if it's going to die 😃
