Syngonium podophyllum 'White Butterfly'

One of the 8 I've split up, this is two weeks after the split and 4 of those leaves are new!

This was really struggling for room so lifted to try split and found it was 8 plants squished together 🤔 anyways have split into 8 pots now and all thriving! Not sure why it's arrowhead, they look a lot more like hearts!
