@heatherdirtyhands You roast the squash open faced and I put foil over both sides. Once it’s soft, you scrape the insides with a fork and it looks just like spaghetti! 💁‍♀️ You can serve it with any sauce of your liking! My family loves them.

I guess I'm.having a hard time.picturing it stuffed and then frying like doesnt the stuff that's stuffed lol spill out everywhere and do u get the open side where the stuffing is? Or the curved underside ( in picturing it cut in half like.mentioned earier)
