It looks just like a philadelphus snowbelle that I used to have in my last garden. I struggle to tell the difference between deutzia and
Philadelphus though.... My snowbelle had a very pervasive scent that I liked but my husband....did not.
Yes you are right it is philadelphus snowbelle. I had a card for it when i got it a few years ago but lost it but that name sounds right and have looked it up and it definitely looks like that. Thank you @davieberg
