Hi Stevie . My frangipani is 2 years old & no flowers yet. I live on the south coast of Nsw . Perhaps its not hot enough ?
Hmmm I would think it would still flower in the warmer months. Is it in full sun? Also make sure you give it plenty of fertilizer (one specific to flowering) in spring and summer.
