Help me identify this plant plant please. Got from bunnings. Really bad stem rot. Pulled of 3 layers of leaves and now shes fresh and ready to plant in a few days

Oh, such a fantastic and unique color. I hear that a dip in ground cinnamon will keep it free from rot.
