Euphorbia Milii 'Exotic Treasure'

Need help!! Dear friends, these are the cuttings from my two different euphorbia milli plants. The one on the right seems healthy had has plenty of leaves. The one on left lost all its leaves and is brownish from inside, kind of rotten. Is there anything I can do to save it? Please pour your suggestions.

@sumedhasardana keep that healthier one in shade for few days than plant in soil mix and don't water immediately. For that second one.. cut the rotten part till you find fresh part and you might able to save it.

How do you take care of this plant to help better flowering?

This is one of my favourites. Not flowering much. Added DAP today. Fingers crossed 🤞
