Question: when soaking seeds, does it matter if they sink or float? I've heard that seeds that sank to the bottom overnight are viable and seeds that float are not. It just so happens that of these bell pepper seeds (from an ordinary grocery store pepper) that soaked overnight -- five sank and five floated. This is interesting! I think the floaters are flatter, and therefore lighter. Just a thought.
