There's a flower spike coming up out of all four of three big heads. I'm thinking they're probably all clones of each other so no pollination/seeds? I don't know much about haworthia.28 Mar 2024 #haworthiacooperi

Now that the #haworthiacooperi is starting its winter growing season, the two heads that used to be sitting on an angle have now anchored themselves down into the soil. I was worried they didn't have enough roots and wouldn't recover, but i can see there's new leaves forming in the center of the rosettes. 8 Nov 2020

I divided up the clumping heads of this #haworthiacooperi right at the end of the winter growing season.... which was probably a mistake. The left side rosettes came away with the majority of the roots, and the right side had a lot less. And now the left side is more plump and shiny than the right. 22 Apr 2020 #haworthia-cooperi

I split apart the main heads of my #haworthiacooperi to give them a little more room. They were lifting themselves out of the soil and the outer leaves were starting to wither. They're settled back into the same 6" pot. 14 Mar 2020 #haworthia #haworthia-cooperi

Repotted Coop into a 3" plastic pot. Soil was still pretty wet from the last time I watered, so I just added gritty mix and freed up some of the roots at the edges of the root ball. This pot is quite a bit deeper than the last one he was in, but it's nearly the same size opening at the top. 4 Aug 2018 #haworthia-cooperi #haworthia

looks amazing! i've had my haworthia cooperi since late october as well, but yours looks way better lol! mine's in my sunniest windowsill but the leaves are elongated like it's etiolated or something. however! it currently has a lovely flower stalk that just opened up today 😊

I had mine in my sunny windowsill and it DID NOT LIKE IT. It turned a bit brown and lost its glossy fatness. (I also underwatered too) I moved it out of the windowsill into indirect light with my orchids and it perked up after a few months. Apparently haworthia need some shade. I also started watering it once a week so that probably helped too.

Coop and I have finally figured out how to cohabitate. I won't put him on the windowsill and stress him out with too much light, and I'll give him a good bottom-watering every weekend, and I'll put his pot in the shade with my orchids, and he'll plump back up and re-glossify his adorable leaf-windows. He's not completely forgiven me yet, but he's definitely looking shinier and more cheerful than last week. #haworthia-cooperi

Poor thing, so #stressed. I'm going to take him off the #windowsill and put him back with my orchids for a while. I think the #sunlight might be hurting his eyes. It's been a week since I last watered him, and I'm determined to wait another week before watering again unless advised otherwise very persuasively. Watering succulents in the wintertime -- tricky business. #haworthia-cooperi #stressed-plant #succulents #windowsill #apartmentgarden

It's 1 Feb 2018, so that means cooperi gets a drink. Leaves are looking dull and tired. So far I've watered him only on the first of the month, starting in November 2017. 54g pre-watered weight. He's doing decently well in the pot he arrived in, so I'm not repotting him yet. Maybe I'll put him in pumice when the weather is warmer. #haworthia-cooperi #succulents #windowsill #apartmentgarden #indoors
