Afternoon everyone. Glad I stuck with this variegated variety as it's finally seen the light (quite literally after I got rid of a sun-blocking ivy) and deigned to flower. 🤗 #starjasmine #variegated #trachelospermumjasminoides #climber #scented #nightscented

It is lovely over a wall but especially lovely when it actually flowers. A bit more temperamental than the green version 🙄 @rachelbrooks

The leaves of this trachy look as if they have been splashed with paint.

I have this plant #susieg I didn't realise that it needed a sunny spot, it flowered for the first time, after moving into the sunshine.. Smells gorgeous and have since learned that it's a favourite for wedding bouquets... Enjoy 💐💐

Thank you @AlliJazz yes mine isn't flowering but my regular Trachelospermums are covered in flowers. I think the variegated version is more temperamental.

Most variegated versions of a plant seem to be more temperamental... 😕

😂 mine's in a pot in part sun part shade, probably why it doesn't flower. Is yours planted out in sun @brightcolours?
