Help me identify this plant pl it's the one used for street plants as they don't grow tall enough to hit power lines. Orange flower.

It might be the harpullia pendula (Tulipwood) tree @Sussanah . I know Brisbane city council uses it a lot as street trees.

@leisel I kept think African tulip tree but I knew I was wrong as they grow to very large trees. Yes. This is the one. Thanks so much.
