Example of #rust on #frangipani-rust #frangipani #removeleaves throw away. Use sprays if needed

And still more rain to come!!

@brightcolours Katie I’m so pleased. Bet if I tried to dig my front garden bed it’s wet 2cm down only. It’s hydrophobic. So many tree roots. Oh well whatever lives lives.

Yup. Survival of the fittest here too.

#frangipani

Excellent plants. Just so tropical & reminds me so much if being on holiday. Grew a few of these from seed last spring. I think 2 seedlings have just about survived winter so far & that's even being in the house too! 😕

@jeatacake I can just snap a piece off and replant. I need a ladder to get to the bottom branches. Shitty photo. Too early in the am for good pic.

@brightcolours I don’t think this is plumeria. Maybe a fruit salad ???

@nej might be able to help out.

Hi Sussanah Plumeria is the genus name of all frangipani and yours is Plumeria rubra being the species. Fruit salad would be a variety of Plumeria rubra and yours might very well be that variety by the looks of it 😊

Looks good enough to me, but are they really that easy to grow as cuttings? You'll be telling me they're like weeds next! 😁

@nej as always so helpful. Thank you. I’ll change it in encyclopaedia

@jeatacake no Jeff. 😂

You're welcome Sussanah it's a beauty by the way 😍

@nej thanks mate
