Oh yeah, I see it! Looks a bit like a tree fern in this photo. Not hardy I guess, otherwise they'd be over here!

Living til 450 yrs old. I’d call that hardy in the Australian bush. In a hot house they’d prob grow. But the bio security prob wouldn’t let it leave the country. @jeatacake there I go again. Forgetting @

@jeatacake tree fern here has very similar trunk to grass tree. Cooperi I think they’re called. Much pretty than these.
