Help me identify this plant. I have been in this house for 12 years but not been able to identify this. It is a small tree and is planted within inches of my south facing wall. It wasn't very well for a couple of years so I pruned everything off it with a plan to dig it up. As you can see that never happened and clearly it is thriving. Does anyone know what it is? The photo was taken today.

It looks like Prunus x cistena
A deciduous shrub with purple-red leaves. White flowers are produced in late spring, followed by purple fruit. Height 1.5m. Grows in most soils in sun or part shade. AGM

@sweetbabyjane I in no way an expert and someone may correct me but I would only move deciduous shrubs in autumn/winter. I wouldn't try while its in flower. When you do I would use a John innes no3.
