This is still flowering with more fresh blooms! Considering it was strimmed by my partner thinking it was a weed two years ago, it's done brilliantly!

It's looking good for it! 💙I asked Mr to help me with the first weed and dig over of the year once - I remember he pulled out a lot of my plants and left most of the weeds! 😳😬 strictly on grass duty only now! 😂😂 @SylviaDavies

Hydrangeas are great to grow from cuttings - I have a few new lovely plants from an old one still looking lovely and they are all different colours.

@rachelbrooks exactly, strimmer and mower duty here too but he is a liability with the strimmer! The shrubs have the scars to tell you! 😃

Thanks @belindanesbitt I have another three who don't seem to do well at all despite feeding not site what is going on there! 😃

My hydrangeas are each in different areas of the garden but are all from the same plant. They adapt to different soil types and have different coloured flowers as a result. I do not feed them, just ensure they are well watered in this heat. The original plant started off deep maroon colour, then deep purple and blue and now this year it is pale pink! I don't feel they need more than a good mulch once a year. I hope this helps yours.
