Allium cepa (Cepa Group) 'Electric'

Yes, I know I just posted a picture of these #onions, but aren't they gorgeous? #red #gyo #pretty

More than half of the #onions I put down at the end of last year have produced flower stalks. I presume it's because we had such a mild winter and then freezing spring... I've pulled them up and will use some and freeze some so they don't get wasted. #gyo

I wouldn't swear to it, but I think these #onions are the 'Electric' variety... Had a hell of a time with them; the #chickens pulled up at least half of them and flung them about the garden 🙄 had to make a new fence to make the #veg area off limits.
