This one is definitely not overfed, hadn't had any fertiliser yet @Mikekally. But I think you're not meant to start feeding until they have one set of flowers? Not sure...

Hi @tara_h. Think you're supposed to feed every 7-10 days when 1st truss sets then every 3-4 days when 2nd truss forms. Are you pinching out side shoots? Also, pinch out leader when 4-5 truss formed.....will help fruit.

Thanks @namtabirl yeah I've been pinching out the shoots religiously but they didn't get fed since I was away at the critical time, I'll be starting that asap!

This is the rather limp #tomato plant I put in the #polytunnel last night, looks like it is ok with the move 😄 will continue moving them out of the greenhouse a few at a time. #transplant

The plan is to finish the tunnel frame this weekend and plant them into the ground then protect them with cloche plastic while we wait for the real cover to be delivered... #fingerscrossed @no_akira

Yeah, I'd be interested to see that! The cold is also a problem though, it was down to 8 degrees last week in the greenhouse even with a heater! @no_akira

The #tomato plants are going a little purple in the porch which apparently means it's too cold for them there so they're back in the kitchen for the moment.

@Mikekally yeah I had only put some out because I hadn't got around to repotting the others and I noticed the ones in the porch were growing more slowly and going purple so I looked it up...

Oh, and some of the tomatoes got promoted today! #newpots
