Finally replaced my ponytail. It’s been 35 years since I drove from Miami to San Diego (husband was Navy) and at the CA border they took all my plants and threw them in the garbage. I cried. One of them was my beloved ponytail palm. I finally have another. Look at those 3 caudex. Haven’t figured out yet if I want to separate them or let them grow as 3 which I also like. Sorry to hear what happened to all ur plants!!! I have 2 ponytail palms. 1 I’ve had for about 8 yrs now and the other about 2yrs mine are just one caudex I might separate them because as u know they get so full of leaves. It might b hard for the leaves to fall good. Mine are posted back aways in my profile and my leaves get bent and I’m constantly trying to fix them. But it would look cool all together if they have enough room. I’ve never seen them together like that. Cool plant I love mine!!😊
