Some kind of bug ate this plant up and I had to pull it up. Any advice as to what I could have done different let me know please. This is lima bean plant that I ment to post.

nothing wrong with bean plant. would have produced beans. remember limas are a longer season then green beans. neem oil can leave a residue that will affect taste if sprayed on fruit so if need spray early before beans are on plant. do not worry about insect damage unless it causes much more damage then you have. i have never had to spray limas just planted more .

@moore.794 it did get worse it couldn't produce fruit with out being ate off and all the leaves and stems were being eaten off before it could produce more than 2 pods and died but it did good while it was alive. I'm going to post a pic of one I grew off that plant.
