Thanks @docthrill! I was pretty heartbroken when I thought it had died! I have a place I toss things that seem to be goners and I'm thrilled to say that I find new life nearly every time I look back there. Several weeks back I whacked most of my scraggly ferns to the ground and put them back there and they're sprouting back up like a boss!!
