Capsicum Annuum 'Cayenne'

Are these chilli peppers ready for harvesting or should I wait until they turn red?

Pick some now and let some turn red that is what I often do😊

I started to grow these in april and they got stripped by a pest! 😏 are you drying them or fresh?

@krishnahairdo I have frozen them before but I think I've still got some in the freezer! I might use a couple fresh for a chilli con carne
