my Dahlia 'Rosella' (Giant Tree Dahlias) Hardy Tuber not very tall as it's it's first year if it's a tree do I leave the tubar in over winter or take it out

I wouldn't Tina they are not very frosty hardy in most parts of the U.K. It would be awful to lose it as it so beautiful @tina
