We had a smattering of sprinkles and light rain for a portion of today @gjones it needs to rain for days!! Some perennials have just given up and died back hopefully not for good...

I'm always excited when I come across a new bee spotted in my garden that I'm able to positively identify, meet the two spotted longhorn bee, melissodes maculata, notice identified by the all black color, yellow/white hind legs, and two white spots on the rear end.
