@tnhelser love these but in my zone in the ground they spread like crazy and become invasive--zone8!💘😍
My ice plants just have a solid bright magenta bloom. I love the different colors in this! And yes, in hot dry Utah mine are a little invasive too, but they're easy to pull from unwanted areas. Definitely worth it!
@Shynon72 I actually found this one at Walmart. It is planted in a container for now. If I decide to plant it out in the landscape I will be sure it's in a good place that it can spread. My home seems to be a magnet for invasive plants! There is lambs ear, 2 kinds of vinca & I just planted Mexican evening primrose. It's OK though most of it I planted in a big empty space that I need the ground cover.
@tnhelser, my husband considers them invasive and hates them. I can't figure out why. I love them, and where they are if they didn't take over I'm sure some horrible weed would take over. My only gripe is that some grass has popped up in it, and it's hard to get rid of the grass once and for all without hurting the ice plant
