Tea doesn't taste like much to me but it is fun! It's pH reactive too so if u add acid (pineapple juice is the traditional option I think) it goes pink! Blue lattes (along with broccoli lattes 🤢) are really trendy roud here ATM. Theyre basically blue chai. I believe that the dried crushed petals are also used as a food colouring in some Asian recipes.

Love them, I tried to grow them from seed a couple of years ago, with no success.

They have been hit and miss with me too @alan1111 I started these from seed, have them under a large sycamore tree, they get a little morning sun, all afternoon shade. I think they like this spot!

I got the seeds to germinat but the shell of the seeds wouldn't release killing the seedlings 😞
