I tried growing these from seed, but no luck. How did you do it?

@Racheltheredhead I've found through trial and error the freshest seed grows best. The older the seed the lower the germination rate. I barely cover the seed, keep moist and they sprout in about a week. Most often the seed pods burst open and scatter the seed. I transplant the babies that grow from there 😉

I didn't realize there were so many different types of milkweed 😍

@saguaro there are alot of different milkweeds out there! Some do best in the South, some do better up North, and certain varieties out west... Most are native, there are a few native to Florida, but they are not sold commercially, and considered endangered

That's pretty cool. There are some particularly beautiful ones. Including this one 😍🥰💚
