Why do these leaves look so different from the other one?

The plant I nipped them from had an identifying card that said it was a miracle leaf.... it was in full shade, so I thought that's what made the leaves darker @veepaisal I know there are many varieties and folks don't always label things correctly, even in a botanical garden...
