#wish some hummingbirds would visit!

Show off!🤣🤣💘😍

That makes it so much prettier. I faithfully have my one feeder but they love the Esperanza and Pride of Barbados (oh my Iβm sending you those seeds). So pretty to have color in the winter

This is the flower my hummingbirds loved the most.

Looks like it's on fire 🔥 #tropicalsage

Stunning!!β₯οΈ

Beautiful! Can you use this plant like regular sage, or thyme?

@FieryJude I know it's grown as an ornamental. Nectar plant for butterflies, hummigbirds, and bees. This variety is in the mint family, more research would need to be done if you wanted to use it in food βΊ

@cyndi do you know if this plant is edible?

You are awesome as always @cyndi! The info was for @FieryJude :) I know of the other sages that are safe to eat etc...was not sure about this one...Thanks for all the links and your help!

I was just curious if @treefrog44 had tried making tea etc. I don't think I have any salvia... yet! But I've read about using pineapple sage for making your own incense (a new project of mine) so I might look into that. Thanks @cyndi !!

Looks like little tubes of lipstick! 👄💄

Now that you've mentioned that @treefrog44 Theresa, it sure do remind me of "The Little Mermaid" scene with Ursula grabbing a piece of sea flower for lipstick and it looks sooooo similar!

Very prettyβ€
