I bought these bad boys on eBay from a Queensland seller. I've kept them inside over winter and am thinking of just digging 2 holes in the garden and sitting the pots in the holes over summer so they look like part of the garden. Then just taking them back inside during winter.... is that weird or do other people actually do this??? 🙃

As long as the drainage is good. I planted my prize Vriesea in what I thought was a dry area protected from rain. Then the area flooded from runoff water and rotted my beautiful giant broms from ground up. So, ok as long as they are not sitting in water.
