Dieffenbachia Maculata 'Tropical Tiki'

Help me identify this plant

@gjones I think this is a dumb cane, rohdea japonica 'verigata' they come in lots of leaf varigation, so I'm thinking that's it @Tutik @lovestogarden @jewljewl 💘😍

I agree with @ShelleySnyder on the basic ID. I have never seen this particular one. It is very pretty. 💕 @gjones
