I am heartbroken. I feel like I could cry forever. I don’t get it. I repotted it when I got it in really nice potting medium (bonsai jack). I watered it once a week. It has a beautiful flower. I was removing a shriveled dry leaf from underneath and all the leaves just came off, rotted.

It may be Echeveria Van Breen, but I can't confirm without some colour or flowers.

Based on the site for the greenhouse that supplies Home Depot, I believe this is a Fleur Blanc. We will find out when it blooms!
