Should b fine. The bush is fairly large and is protecting the main body of the plant. I wait till February or March (waiting till all dangers of frost has past) to trim the dead limbs. I usually see new growth emerge a week or so later. @richard.spicer.7906
That’s good to hear. I have a standard form growing in a pot which I’ve left outside for the last couple of winters, although it’s been under a polytunnel cover. Never been frosted but I always run the risk with it!
